Before what kind of workout should I take a pre-workout?

Thanks to its comprehensive formula, Titan Pre-workout can be taken before all types of training, including the gym, running, cycling, or, for example, training on a court or on ice.

Why does my body tingle after taking a pre-workout?

The “tingling” sensation is caused by beta-alanine. Beta-alanine can improve performance, but it can also cause what is called paresthesia, meaning tingling or pins-and-needles sensations, usually in the hands, feet, and face.

Don’t worry, it is a harmless side effect linked to beta-alanine’s positive impact on your performance, and the itching will go away within a few tens of minutes.

Why do lumps form in Titan over time?

Lumps are a natural occurrence because Titan Pre-workout does not contain any anti-caking agents. They do not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Just shake or stir well before use.

Can I become addicted to a pre-workout?

No, none of the ingredients in the pre-workout pose a risk of addiction.
