How do I refer a friend?

Log in to your account and scroll to the referral section at the bottom of the loyalty page. Copy your personal referral link and share it with a friend.

Your friend must be new to Complex and place their first order as a subscription using your link or code. The minimum order value is approximately €41.

What do I get for a successful referral?

You get 5,000 credits added to your loyalty balance.

You can redeem your credits for a discount through your account. If you have an active subscription, you can also exchange them for selected products and training gear. You’ll find the available rewards on your loyalty page.

What does my friend get?

Your friend gets €8 off their first subscription order of €41 or more when they use your referral link or code.

The offer is for new customers only and applies to their first order. One-time purchases do not qualify.

How many friends can I refer?

As many as you like. There’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer, and you earn 5,000 credits for each successful referral.

Each friend must be a new customer and place a qualifying first subscription order.

When will I receive my credits?

Your reward becomes eligible 12 hours after your friend places their qualifying order, provided it hasn’t been cancelled. Rewards are processed hourly, so your credits may appear shortly after the 12-hour mark.
