When your 2nd subscription order ships, we automatically add an extra sports bottle to the shipment. It's a one-time thank-you - you don't need to enter a code or contact us.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes - all of it, anytime. Log in to "My Account" and you can skip the next order, pause your subscription, or cancel with two clicks. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.

When am I charged?

You pay for your first order at checkout. After that, your card is charged on each renewal date - always with a 3-day heads-up email so you can adjust before you're billed.

Yes. Every subscription order earns Complex Points at the same rate as a one-time order.

Can I use a discount code with my subscription?
