When should I take a multivitamin?

Take Essentials Multivitamin always with food - ideally right after a meal.

Can I overdose on a multivitamin?

If you follow the recommended dosage, there’s absolutely no risk of overdosing. The multivitamin was developed to provide the body with active ingredients in the correct amounts.

Which vitamins and minerals can I take together with a multivitamin?

All of them.

Essentials Multivitamin was developed alongside a wide range of Complex products, so they can be combined with each other — vitamin C, vitamin D, ashwagandha, creatine… all products can be taken according to the recommended dosage.

The only exception is zinc, because the recommended daily serving of Essentials Multivitamin already contains a sufficient amount. However, it’s still useful to keep zinc on hand and use it during illness, when your need for it increases. In that case, taking zinc together with Essentials is completely fine.

When will I feel the effect?

The effects of Essentials Multivitamin vary depending on your initial levels of individual nutrients in the body and your personal needs.

In general, improved energy levels can appear within a few days, better skin, hair, and nail health along with more stable mood typically shows up within 2–4 weeks, and more significant improvements in immune function and overall health become noticeable after several months of consistent use. The results depend mainly on individual needs and how consistently you take it.

Why doesn’t the multivitamin contain iron?

Iron is an essential element for human health, but supplementing it shouldn’t be routine - it should be based on blood test results. Excessive supplementation, without an appropriate regimen, can lead to cell damage and oxidative stress.
